    Ok re trying to remove bits of Norton.  Yes Regedit can cause
grief to computers and it did to mine.
	I now use ASHAMPOO WINOPTIMISER 5, that for me is really good and
cleans up the  registry and deletes a lot of crud.
	You can download it free and get I think a months use of it.  They do
however have a later version 9 I think it is? but to me it acts too
severely on the registry etc, taking out shared DLL.s that seemed to
cripple my XP computer?
