Not surprising when people like Paul G4IJL are posting incorrect info.

The problems related to a particular BIOS issue on one motherboard and
an installation practice by HP (and a few others) which surfaced 4 years back.
Microsoft advised againt the practice after some problems with SP2 but that
didn't stop companies continuing to incorrectly install XP.

However, Harry proves the point I was trying to make perfectly. He heard of
problems. Of course the facts are easily obtained but that doesn't stop
people echoing what they've heard.
