Three months ago, I gave in to the obsolescence of my PC running Win ME
and lashed out on an (almost) up to date one, running XP PRO.
From time to time, a programme will just disappear, especially if it is
OEM
not MS.
The latest was Netscape, it is a programme I like and is only an extra to
Firefox and T'bird so it doesen't really matter.
I either use RESTORE or just reinstall from the zipped d'load to get it
back.
Has anyone any idea what this might be ?
For what it's worth, the other details are 1GB RAM,3.2GHz Intel CPU and
160 GB HDD. Tnx in advance.
