Jumpdrives are USB memory sticks made by a company called Lexar.

Either remove the memory stick from the USB port or download the drivers
from Lexar's website.

Neither of these actions are classed "rocket science" by the HUD Windows
advisory service. :-)

You can get them from the download area of Lexar's website.

In addition entering the words "jumpdrive geysr" into Google will show
additional sites where the driver can be found, including Win98 versions.
