Why would we have to change terminal software? People (including the those
in the UK) have been doing #BIN# transfers for over 11 years.

You know those Luddites were right. Let's not have anymore new ideas (even
if they are 15 years old in #BIN# case) because the ideas we have now are
really so good we can't improve on them.
