Same here. 

I'm also proud of the what we have these days, a bunch of diehards who
still know that good old packet radio can still be a valuable resource
in these days of internet access. 

These sysops just seem to sit in the background keeping their systems
running in the hope that someone gets some fun out of it.

You bet !

But why isn't there more people doing packet radio ?
