Roger, Winpack's author unfortunately died and just before his death decided
to make registration free. All you have to do is ask one the right people and
a registration key will be emailed to you free of cost. You are invited to
make a donation to a charity instead of paying a registration fee.

I'm not sure who the 'right people' to ask are, but if you send a bulletin out
to WINPAK@GBR with the same question, I'm sure someone will respond.

10 lbs or œ10 was roughly equivalent to $15 the last time I checked.
