Hi Frank,

There may some extra complications but if you follow instructions you may
install Windows 7 Premium over the top of Vista and it will produce
software that will work on both 16 bit and 32 bit software.

WINPACK will still continue to work properly as it does here.

I make it clear; follow the installation instructions which will set out
the procedure to install over Vista.

Vista is trash compared to XP but once you get used to it Win7 will
overtake them.

Get the full installation software for Win7; not an upgrade.
