If you mean ARTIST + TITLE in the Playlist view, you need to ensure that 
your file tags (ID3) are correct.  Lack of tags will either show the 
filename or a "-" blank entry.

If you mean displaying this information in the Visualisation (the snazzy 
colourful displays in time with the music), then I can't help as I don't 
use it.

If your filenames are names ARTIST - TITLE or similar, I cannot recommend 
MP3Tag enough - it's a free utility and absolutely superb and tagging MP3 
files with extra data. You can bulk add/edit ID3 fields and even re-name 
your files based upon a sequence of tags,eg:

ARIST - TRACK - ALBUM - TITLE.mp3 or whatever
