That is right Ian, it has been on a parking orbit during the last shuttle
mission (STS123) as it was launched just before the STS123 went off.
-- note from ESA today 1st said:
On 3 April the "Jules Verne" Automated Tranfer Vehicle (ATV) makes its
first ever docking attempt with the International Space Station. Before
the live video transmission on 3 April (between 14:00 and 15:00).
