Well if you dont have a Lexmark printer then you should be very worried,
you probably have some nasty trojan/virus on your PC masquerading as
Lexmark software.

If you do have a Lexmark printer then the program that Lexmark installs on
your PC that spies on your printer usage and reports back to Lexmark
without telling you has got damaged. Removing and reinstalling your Lexmark
driver should fix the problem but will reinstall the Lexmark spyware. If
you know what you're doing you can just remove the registry entry that
starts this up. 

The fact you had to ask and weren't able to find out about LXCGTime.dll
means you probably don't know enough to remove the registry entry etc. in a
safe manner. So a remove/reinstall may be best and you can use a proper
firewall program to stop LXCGTime.dll from phoning home.
