Hello,
I was printing off some Packet Bulletins today when I came across a few
asking how best to print ASCII type messages.
This is how I do it, no doubt there is a better way but this works for me.
Great for printing off schematic diagrams sent to "TECH@WW".
If you don't already have a free copy of IrfanView by Irfan Skiljan,
download and install it.
Run IrfanView.
Go to "Options" "Properties" "Misc. 3"
Under "Options for TXT-files/Text-paste" click on ASCII
Run WinPack and take note of the bulletin number you wish to print.
Do a search for that file which will be under C:\Winpack\BULLS\
The search will return something like - C:\Winpack\BULLS\3\186412.txt
Take a note of this location.
Using IrfanView go to "File" "Open" and using "Look in" go to the
location of the file and open it.
The rest is easy, go to "File" "Print" and print it.
