Hi All.

I have drive C with Windows XP professional.
I have also another drive F which I used for surplus programmes; a storage
place of goodies so to say.
Now, I have been experimenting with a Linux programme UBUNTU.
It has two discs; one a demo that you can test without installing it on
your drive, and another disc that you can install for proper use.
My wish is to install this on drive F.
I am aware that it can wipe all off my C drive if I install it there; also
I know if I wish to that program can make a partition on C drive and will
keep XP. It will make also a program for selecting either XP or Ubuntu.
But what I do not know if Ubuntu gives me the chance to place it on F
drive and I still will have Xp on C drive.
Now I wonder if anybody has this experience or can help me.
Much obliged for any info via this system or to my e-mail address:

Regards

Frank
