Hello
Generally , some Help there.
Go to start / help / and support
Search for " System Configuration "
Go to : system configuration utility.
( You can USE : START / RUN : and type in : msconfig.exe )
Only play with the two rightmost Tabs : Services and Startup
for now.
When rebooting , you might get a note that some
configuration has changed , and you might choose ignore or
whatever. (if you changed something)
Some programmes , when installed , leave some of these
little pains and have to be addressed somewhat personally.
Windows is like that. Especially XP.
You might not get the idea rideaway. BUT you might find in
the "Location" an idea where or what is doing that.
( I assume that windows Explorer (Win/root etc.) is called
up.)
There are some command files which might bring it up.
Microswoft has a whole website to view and argue with these.
If you so whish..Hehe.
If nothing is in the "Startup" configuration , a good bet is
, that some earlier installation ( might be removed later)
has left some "undesirables")
There are some helpfull programmes on the web of course, but
it might suffice for now just to find what
programme/folder/file is doing that.
