That is the way it has to work.
To know what the headers contain, they have to be first downloaded. The
Selection List is then intended to check out the headers and decides on your
behalf what to download. It marks them augtomatically for download, rather
than you doing it manually. All based upon the rules you set up in the
Selection List.
