I've got the new version and it's been fine. I don't use Outlook Express
though.
You didn't say if you have Windows XP Home (which I do have) as it might have
some bearing on the problem. Although having said that, I have the new version
on another PC still running Windows 98SE and it's fine on that too.
It might have been co-incidence and nothing to do with Zone Alarm.
You could try again.
