Hi Pete and readers,

Sorry to say the cesium laser (atomic clock) in question is in Silver 
Spring, Maryland and too far away to fry my brain. Hmmmmm, must have been 
that brown acid at Woodstock back in the 60s. (;->)

Hey guy, I know how it works, the word in question was "offering" which 
confused me. I was under the impression it related to the BBS offering 7+ 
to the users, you say offering for forwarding. That's the reverse of the 
conversation so maybe I'm still confused.

Yeah, what is forwarded is a sysop thing but I believe users should have 
a say in it, at least up to a point. That point of course depends on the 
other sysops, around here everything is forwarded except that which 
clearly violates FCC R&Rs.
