Hello, Bill.

There is a way of NOT getting 7plus bulletins - at least with systems running
FBB. Just ask the SysOp of your local BBS to insert the line ...

J 2

... in your forward file, and only 7plus mail sent as SP will be transferred
to you.

Here's an excerpt from the FBB Help file:

J (data means 7+ here)
  J 0 : no data sent
  J 1 : data is sent (default)
  J 2 : personal data is sent
J 3 : only data is sent (exclusive)

73, Per (LA9GG & G0DJT).
