Subject: 10 meter packet

Mike, if it'll run ssb it'll do packet. HF packet is done in AFSK, the
transmitted audio is done in SSB. I'd venture all availaable HF radios will
handle packet up to 4800 without dificulty. The older relay switched stuff
may require TxD to be tweaked.
