On PACTOR, the KAM is still poor with or without the DSP filter since it
does not use hardware memory ARQ. (I believe the PK 232 with the DSP
filters still do not use hardware memory ARQ!). In my experience, hardware
memory ARQ makes a huge difference with PACTOR and AMTOR. Unfortunately,
many of the US controllers never implemented hardware memory ARQ (with the
notable exception of the DSP-232 (NOT to be confused with the Pk-232),
PK--900 and DSP-2232).

But if you have a DSP RTTY filter that can be connected to the KAM by all
means use it!

Back to you original question, look at jukartty it does dual port kam looks
similar to RTTY by WF1B and is DOS based and is intended to be a rtty
contest program.
I haven't tried it but found it on N1RCT's web collection.

The PacComm NB96 is the G3RUH 9600 bps modem.

The NB96 is strictly a modem. It must be used with a TNC (or a SCC
card, etc.) Most TNCs (TAPR TNC2 types, such as PacComm Tiny-2 or MFJ
1270) have a header on the board to which you can connect an external
