peanuts at those who want to change things. If you would give
some support to an organization that promoted your issues, that would
be a very fine thing. Being a barking dog on your ISP's news group
is no skill at all.

So far, I have not seen any evidence of this alleged "thinking" activity on
your part. You always parrot the TAPR party line, being almost incapable of
independent thought. Greg Jones says "jump" and you ask how high on the way
up. You are a vital component of a trained seal act.
Fortunately, your good opinion of me or of what I do means very little in
the overall scheme of things and in my particular case, the level of concern
about your opinion can only be measured in sub-micro give-a-hoots.
I don't have to reel off a self-congratulating list of my contributions and
achievements, just because some geeks' trained seal barks a few times. I'm
aware of what I have done and that's good enough for me. I'm not in it for
political reasons, so I could care less about blowing my own horn. I get the
most satisfaction from helping people out. Get someone to explain the
concept to you sometime.
Despite your repeated requests, nothing has changed in my status as a
potential mover 'n shaker in an organization such as TAPR. I have family
duties to look to, and in any event, my health does not allow me to travel
as much as I used to.
You are a complete ass to insinuate that I cannot contribute to amateur
radio unless I travel around, speak in public, and kiss hiney.
Look at Greg Jones... He does all of that, and the sum total of his
achievement while president of TAPR was to spread around a lot of doom 'n
gloom, accompanied by the usual run of moronic, baseless LandLine Lid
propaganda, then preside over the ruins of the once vital US packet net that
his policies, travels, and public speaking served to damage.
I can drive to Dallas, pick out a drunk off of the streets downtown, and be
looking at somebody who did more for Ham Radio than Greg Jones or TAPR
during his presidency, because at least the drunk did not go around trying
to discourage hams from using radio.
"If you can do no good, at least do no harm".
Fact is, the packet net in the US went to hell on TAPR's watch, under the
"leadership" of your trainer Greg Jones. The European packet net, under more
competent leadership (even no leadership at all would qualify) and went on
to continue to develop and grow.
After successfully debunking one lame rationalization after another from the
desperate LandLine Lid community this week, I am starting to see responses
that are increasingly juvenile and personal in nature, and some really silly
rationalizations. I'm not dismayed or surprised by it. It's the usual drill,
and I look on it at as graceful an admission of their defeat as I can expect
from such trash.
Help yourself to all the traditional refuges that losers tend to go for,
Steve. Don't forget to refer often to your recently debunked LandLine Lid
propaganda!
Give us your rendition of the "applications mantra", followed by a long
"European Internet Ghetto" whine, tell us again why hams don't need any
rules or regulations again, then you can do what you are really best at and
disparage Hams, Packet Radio, Ham Radio, and everything they stand for.
Arf Arf ! Hey, maybe Greg will toss you a mackerel, if you do your tricks
right!
Tell us why hams should avoid using ham radio again, Steve!
Be a GOOD Lid!

Subject: Exception 07
Hi all,
I have tried to use Win95SSTV and JVComm32 to work SSTV with SB Live.
Both of them crashes with blue screen "Exception 07" while attempting to
receive via "line in". I have reinstalled system completely and problem
still remains. Other applications works properly (f.e. Hellschreiber).
Anyone has tried sstv with SB Live?

I've also many trouble with 6.09 version of Logger, and
I've come back
to 6.07, that seems to be more stable.
I suppose it's a matter of compatibility with the
Windows' configuration ,
seen that a lot of people play that version.
I had a 'rx buffer full' error that made the program to

problem with the macro keys: had to click twice to
