Your temperatures sound about right, Al

RDRAM is probably the hottest thing in a (old) PC.
Mine runs at 52c for 4 years no problem.

My CPU is a feeble 1.9GHz & I keep a moth in the case for cooling that
(37c Intel fan)

Broadly speaking, Intel won't need any extra cooling.

Buy an aluminium case if your worried about temperatures, you'll pay more,
but they generally have a better build and layout.

If all else fails, re-locating pc under window helps ;)
