There seems to be some misunderstanding about 7+.

Well only 28 kB has to be 7plussed. With the -s option it will be only one
.7pl part when it doesn't result in more than 36 kB. All kinds of files can be
7plussed.

Not true. Use: "7plus <filename> -s" for maximum performance in one message or
"7plus <filename>" for standard performance. Then you get three messages with
a maximum of 9940 Bytes and one message with the rest.
