The French seem to use the degree symbol all the time for dates.
I know using european keyboards is a real pain for us.
I had an encounter with a Swedish layout and the Swedish version
of Win98 when I worked for a certain automotive manufacturer :-)
Using Win98 in Swedish I could get used to but the keyboard drove me
mad :-)
Glad I dont need a kanji layout either. Another colleague needed 3 button
presses for each character.
