Hi Ralph
it's for converting pictures to chirppix
Chirppix is similar to sstv,
Using the program DIGTRX, HAMPAL, WINDRM etc
it is possible to have a chirppix for
identifying one'self, messages, etc.
A "full screen" of chirp takes about 14s
so a line of text takes 2 secs and will
cut through heavy QRM like nothing else
(oh allright then Hellscreiber may be better)
There is documentation, I can't say it's
complete, but I'll send it.
