You have EXACTLY the right idea.. And if anyone calls you a packet
policeman, IGNORE them as you are doing a good job that many others are
NOT prepared to do these days, Keep up the good work..

I wouldnt think so, Look at whats been sent in to the UK as 7+ in recent
weeks..
1. Old Graphic Packet / incomplete 7+ Killed
2. Winpack Version 5.00 / Incomplete 7+ Killed
3. Crack for Winpack / complete Killed
4. Pratkill Old version / complete but old Killed
5. winzip old version / Infected with Virus inside archive Killed
6. several nice photos of aircraft, ALL Recived / decoded ok. ALL Releaed
There were several more as well that didnt make it out :(
