But seriously, where better in Oz for an old fogey like me to settle down
than Albany - a delightful corner of Oz, to which I am fondly attached,
about which I know so much, and where I know I could really be at home?
The temperate climate (even with an intemperate neighbour:-) would really
suit my old bones. Very interesting historically too (first European
settlement, Anzacs setting sail for WW1 etc).
And it's got a wind farm powered by hot air ducted directly from packet:-)
