My MVT-7100 has gone deaf on me all functions work except receive.#
The scan mode is slower than normal.
The squelch know does not lift the squelch but I can lift the squelch
using the monitor button on the side.
On the HF bands on SSB the squelch lifts when I turn the frequency knob.
The squelch lifts between every 1khz.
Is there a combination of keys to press while switching on that would
bring the processor back to life, if that is the problem?
I have rest the scanner back to factory settings but still not resolved
the lack of receive.
Thank you for any helpfull suggestions.
