Yeah it was long, but then ...well
You say it didn't cross borders? Better see the news today, but
I have a posting sent here...so will post.
I didn't find a complete dismissed case, as the news says there is
a decison on a few issues today, as the date of an article I
receivved this morning.

How true.
I was looking for the Judge, I had her name, and well that went out
the window when I got this piece this morning quoting sources to
look and see for one's own self.
I see also Google and it's failure to stop Utube has been charged
in BRASIL. Other countrys are also letting Google know, that
they don't appreciate it. So that judge dismissed telling Google
to remove...and here in the NEWS ...via Radio and on International
Broadcast, other sources and viewpoint as Ian would say...these
countrys are doing something.
