I have LinFBB running without the Linux AX.25 stack, and I am wondering
if this information would be valuable to someone else concerned about
the ax.25 code being pulled from the Linux kernel. So in order to
keep LinFBB viable, one needs to establish an alternate AX.25 stack.
TFKISS emulates a real TNC in DED hostmode. I use socat as a bridge
from tue UNIX-socket that TFKISS creates to PTY's that you can attach
to with FBB.
I am not sure if there is interest enogh to pursue patching the setup
script to consider this possibility. That is why I am polling here.
