1) observing the last r-line hope that the alphanumeric string
    would be a corrupted BID number since it MUST BEGIN with the
    '$:' characters. If it isn't a failure/damage it is a stupid
    manipulation of the local software.

2) I don't understand the fact why bpq systems don't carry on
    their r-lines the msg BID information: a stupid idea for me.

3) For xFBB and xNOS systems my idea about the MID number, namely
    that identified by the prefix '#:' is that it may be useful
    ONLY for internal Sysop review and it's completely a nonsense
    to propagate it together with the BID number! :)
