              The international HELL - CONTEST by  DARC.
              *****************************************
  We have the great pleasure to invite you to join the international 
  HELL - CONTEST . This contest is organizied by the DEUTSCHER AMATEUR
  RADIO CLUB . DARC to incrase intrest of HELL mode.


  RULES:
  Test period:  On the first full weekend in the month October every year.
                Saterday:    80 meters  14.00 - 16.00 UTC
                Sunday:      40 meters  09.00 - 11.00 UTC
                and the following
                Thursday    2/0.70 meters 18.00 - 20.00 UTC.
  Bands:        HF - part 3.5 and 7 MHz  VHF - part 144 - 430 MHz
  Classes:      1 - HF-Single Operator
                2 - HF-Short Wave Listener ( SWL )
                3 - VHF - Singel Operator
                4 - VHF - Short Wave Listener ( SWL )
 Modes:        All two - way contacts in HELL.
 Contacts:     The same station may be contacted once on each band for QSO
               and multipliers credits. 
 Call:         CQ HELL - TEST.               
 Message:      RST and QSO number starting with 001, in class 3 additional
               QTH - Locator.
 QSO-Points:   HF - part: one point each completed qso scores.
               VHF - part: one point each Km distanz each completed QSO.
 QTC-traffic: Additional score of one point credit for the hf - part
              and ten points credit for the VHF - part can be archived by 
              giving and report a QTC. After working a number these QTC can  
              be reported back during a QSO with  another station.A QSO may
              reported only once and not back to the originating station.
              A QTC contains the ,time,callsign and QSO number of the station
              being reported.( 1412/DF5BX/003 ) A maximum of 5 QTC's can be 
              sent to or received by the same station, wich can be worked 
              several times of complete this quota.
 Multipliers: HF-part: On each band 1 multipliers  for each country by the 
              DXCC/WAE - LIST and for each call - distr. in JA / W / VE.
              VHF -part:On each band  1 multiplier each square.
 Logs:        Please a seperat log for each band.
             Log must contain:Band,date,Time UTC, Call-sign,Message sent and
             received,QTH-locator for VHF-part,QTC's,Points and Multipliers
 Scoring:    Sum of the total points of QSO and QTC's multiplying by the 
             sum of multipliers from all bands.
 Deadline:   2 weeks after the test. ( postmarked)
