The Contest is programed for the weekend of  21 and 22 of AUGUST  2004 .

      THE INTERNATIONAL HF - FAX - CONTEST  BY  THE DARC  
     ****************************************************
               
              
We have the graet pleasure to invite you to join the International FAX-
CONTEST . This contest is organizied by the Deutscher Amateur Radio Club
( DARC )  to incrase intrest of the FAX - MODE.
Rules:
Test period:    On the 3e full weekend in the month AUGUST every year ,
                      ******************************************************************
                beginns 08.00UTC saturday, ends 20.00UTC sunday.
Bands:          3.5 to 28 MHz ( excluding 10,18, and 24 MHz)
Classes:        1 - Singel operator.
                2 - Short wave listener ( SWL)
Modes:          All to - way contacts only in FAX.
CALL:           CQ FAX TEST.
Contacts:      The same station may be contacted once on each band.
Massage :      RST and QSO number starting 001.
QSO-Points:    Each completed qso scores one point.
Multipliers:   On each band a multiplier of one given for contacted each  
               country by DXCC/WAE LIST and for each call - district in 
               JA / W and VE
Logs:          Please a seperate log for each band with name , call,classes.
               Logs must contain : Band , Date, time UTC , CALL - SIGN.
               Message sent and received, Points and  multipliers.
Scoring:      Sum of QSO points x sum of multipliers .
Deadline:     2 weeks after the test ( postmark).
