Howdy all!
As per my previous postings, I suggest that as a test, we try to use the
Tiny Tafel format to share surnames and localities. I have located 4
shareware programs that would be of assistance to the Packet/Genealogist.
The programs are:
Tiny Tafel Editor (tted22.zip)
Tiny Tafel Generator (ttgen206.zip)
GEDCOM to Tiny Tafel (ged2ttj1.zip)
Paf to Tiny Tafel (paftt.zip)
All of these programs are available on various dial-up BBS as well
as on the internet at
ftp://genealogy.emcee.com/pub/genealogy/PAF/pafutils/msdos/
Worst case scenario, I will copy the programs for you to a floppy, providing
you send an SASE and a blank 1.44M floppy (3 1/2"). Contact me via e-mail
or packet for my mailing address, or I am good in the 1996 Call Book/QRZ list.
