A rather strange bulletin . Being a member of ARRL = American Radio Relay
League , I have not found the name M.Warner among its Directors ,Section
Managers or other officials. The ARRL secretary is David Sumner ,K1ZZ.
I have also not found the name Warner among leadership personalities
within IARU-Region 1.
Unless Mr Warner has something to do with IARU R 2 or 3 , I consider the
above message to be a 'spoof'
