In the software, click "See Who's on the System" - a button in the middle of the screen.  This will show all servers and users 
logged-in via the "amateur" version of the eQSO software (as opposed to the PMR446 build).

From there, you can connect to any server/room.

Yes... 2 isolation transformers for the audio in/out, plus an opto-coupler between the serial-port and the PTT.
