ON MY ESPSON STYLUS COLOR PRINTER I GOT A MALFUNCTING HAPPENED SUDDENLY
WITHOUT ANY APPARENT REASON:
AT POWER-ON THE MACHINE PERFORMS ITS INITIALIZATION ROUTINE.
AT THE END THE GREEN READY LAMP IS EXPECTED ; IN MY CASE "PAUSE" AND "DATA"
LAMPS ARE FLASHING AFTER INITIALIZATION ROUTINE .
THE SAME SITUATION IS PERFORMED IF THE MACHINE IS DISCONNECTED FROM THE
P.C.
ACCORDING TO THE OPERATOR'S MANUAL THAT LAMP FLASHING COULD BE DUE TO
A WRONG CARRIAGE WORKING.
IN AN OTHER PART OF THE SAME MANUAL IS GIVEN THAT IN CASE OF THAT LAMP
FLASHING , THE INK CARTRIDGE MUST BE VERIFIED AND FINALLY, ON A DIFFERENT
SECTION OF THE SAME BOOK IS GIVEN THAT SUCH AN ANOMALY SHOULD BE VERIFIED
BY A EPSON SERVICE CENTRE.
REALLY I DON'T KNOW IF IT IS NECESSARY EPSON QUALIFIED ASSISTANCE TO
RECOVERY THE SITUATION OR IT MIGHT BE A SIMPLE OPERATOR ACTION TO SOLVE THE
PROBLEM.
I TRIED TO CONTACT EPSON NATIONAL HELP DESK IN ITALY , BUT THEY WERE NOT
ABLE TO GIVE A TELEPHONE SUPPORT AND SUGGESTED TO TAKE THE MACHINE IN A
SPECIALIZED EPSON SERVICE CENTER.
TO BE SURE THAT THIS IS REALLY NECESSARY I NEED THE OPINION BY SOMEBODY WHO
GOT ALREADY A PROBLEM LIKE THE MINE
SO ANY SUGGESTION AND OPINION CONCERNING WILL BE APPRECIATED.
