11/05/2003: Look for Norman, G0OSX, to be QRV May 11th as F/G3VQO/p from
the mill Noordmeulen (DMF reference 59.021 for the French Mills Award) and
the mill Drievenmeulen (DMF reference 59.022) close to Steenvoorde. Activity
will start after 9h00 local. The mills are located in the Region of
Nord-Pas-de-Calais (DPF 16), Department of Nord (DDFM 59), Grid JO10. QSL

18/05/2003: Look for Pierre, F5JFU, to be QRV the morning of May 18th, as
F5KCH/p, from the Castle of Vesigneux (DFCF reference 58.047 for the French
Castles and Forts Award). Operation will be on 40 meter SSB. All QSOs will
automatically be sent QSL cards via the REF bureau. The Castle of Vesigneux
is located Region of Burgundy (DPF 05), Department of Nièvre (DDFM 58), Grid

25/05/2003: Fred, IK7JWX, reports that 14 operators will be QRV May 25th to
June 8th, as ZA3/homecall, from Durazzo, Albania, and from the lighthouse
Cape of Durres (ALB-002). Operation will be on HF, WHF, WARC, 2 meters and 6
meters (50 Mhz. only from May 31st to June 8th), ES TROPO, WW Loc. JN91RH,
SSB, CW, RTTY and PSK-31. The team consists of Fred IK7JWX, Gilberto IK7LMX,
Angelo IK7CTE, Raffaele IZ7BNH, Gadaleta Simon IZ7ATN, Antonello IK2DUW,
Giovanni IZ2DPX, Carlo IK6CAC, Elvira IV3FSG, Alessio IZ0CKJ, Lorenzo
IK5MDF, Marco IK5BHN, Fatos ZA1FD and Florian ZA5G. QSL via the individuals
home call, direct SASE (QRZ.com) or bureau. On June 2nd, the team organizes
the demonstration "Day of the Forces of Peace from the foreign countries",
activating 2 stations radio/mobile from the Port of Durres (Albania) for
mutual exchange of regards among civil om and military om from Italy and
from bordering nations with Albania, that is Kosovo - Greece - Macedonia -
Yugoslavia. All the radio amateurs in the world, particularly om-military
(and ex military), are invited to join this activity. Report and pictures of
