The S05X multi-national team started up on 40m CW at 23.45 UTC  on
15 April. At 19 UTC on 16  April, when the pilots updated them  on
the messages arrived, they had logged about 1700 QSOs.

Logs up to 24.00 UTC, as  well at least one picture, are  expected
to be available at  http://www.pagus.it/s05x/ tomorrow (17  April)
around 10 UTC. Updates and new  pics will be  uploaded on a  daily
basis.

S05X has now two stations active on SSB and/or CW, one station for
digital modeas and a fourth station for 6 metres (beacon on 50.110
MHz).

Their priorities are the US West Coast, Asia and Oceania.

Tonight they will be on 30, 40, 80 and 160 metres.

The    pilots    stations     are    Maurizio,     I1-21171/IZ1CRR
(i121171@425dxn.org) and  Mauro,  I1JQJ(i1jqj@425dxn.org);  please
send your  messages to  the both  of them  and put  "S05X" in  the
