Hello everyone and thanks for reading this. Its been now almost 15-20 days that IT9RYH is
blocking 14.195 which is reserved for dx-stations and NOTHING is been done to stop him.
Everyone has the ability to talk to 14.195 and block a dx-station being heard to Europe, but
nobody does it because they are radio amateurs and have the "ham spirit".
But it seems that IT9RYH does not HAVE that kind of spirit and does not CARE about other fellow
hams that want to make a contact and are after a good dx-pedition.
I dont know if somebody can do something to change this, but i wanted to bring this to your
attention.
