2-day got back MY OWN QSL to EI2FN, in one "officiall POST-plastik-bag". I
had send QSL to Buro to him.
On this back were following explication:
Do the different manipulations into differents postoffice, sometimes, letters
are unintentional employet. You will be found on this enveloppe one off your
letter, which has been depraved into some differents Postoffices.
Excuse for the inconveniant, dear costumer etc.

P.S. My personnel impression, EI2FN don't like BURO-QSL's, put it into a
postoffice-box. And the Post send it back to the sender. As my own QSL have
no dommage, and were send via BURO.
