Notes of Interest:
North Dakota - A group of US RTTY ops will operate from North Dakota
during this weekend's ARRL RTTY Roundup using the callsign NW0L. QSL
via NW0L. Group consists of NW0L, AE9B, K0LW and W0ZAP.
ST, Sudan - The German team of DK7YY, DL3DXX , DL9NDS, DL7FER
and DL5NAM have obtained permission and a license to operate from Sudan.
They will be using the callsign ST0RY. With 3 of the operators with
experience on RTTY (and with a call like that) it's believed there will be a lot
of RTTY activity. Their operation is expected in March 2003 and is suppose
to last 3 weeks. For more information contact DL5NAM at dl5nam@darc.de.
The Sudan is rated the 10th most needed country on RTTY.
