Hello to all:
To celebrate the Universal Children Day, the URV-ABRA (section of
URE in Vizcaya) in colaboration with the Basque Country comitee of UNICEF,
make an special QSL card (designed by UNICEF), to confirm all QSO between
the days 15 and 24 of november, we use the special call ED2UNI (or EF2UNI
in the novice's segment).
All QSL via the bureau (preferred) or direct (if any want, but
without SASE no send QSL), the QSL manager is EA2URV, P.O.Box 323, 48080
Bilbao, Vizcaya, Spain.
Support the UNICEF job making QSO.
