Are these values in a situation where you see clipping?
Other than the lower than expected values, is it causing a problem?
We have observed that about 1V p-p at TP1 is all that should be applied to
the AIO chip. Above that value, clipping ocurrs in the digitizing process.
The non-symmetry has been seen before by W0SL.
Roy, does this appear to be similar to the asymmetry you saw. How did you
finally resolve that?

Isn't the above pin supposed to be -5v supply (U203-3)?

I'm not sure, but I suggest looking at the DC voltage on U208-8 (REF).
Seems like it was around 3.2 volts, but not sure . Check it for stability.
Also mine cleared up after resoldering C208, the bypass for that pin.
Also push the U208-8 pin while the chip is in the socket and see if any
fluxuations are seen. The voltage on this pin should be very stable.

I think he meant U202-3.

Hello all from a newbie to Internet!
I've been interested in the DSP-93 project for a while. Does anyone have
any doc files on constructing the kit and/or doc files on a more fuller
description than the tapr info I received some time ago.
I'd also like some help on how to get files from the listproc at tapr.
Ive tried a few times and got errors in my replies!
Does the DSP-93 software lie on the tapr ftp site? and if so does it have
doc files descibing the software?

Is this a bad news message or what? Does not sound like something I can
blame on American.
I have one of the disk here and it looks fine. Make that two disk that I
have which look fine.
Hopefully yours just did not copy. If I post the diskas a ZIP file on the
FTP site for TAPR can you get it this way?
Do others have this problem?
