If you are an owner of the dsk320c50 Texas Instrument dsp developmentkit
then it is now possible to do experience with slowbpsk.
Included in the zip file are instructions how to use the program and when
the hams are active on HF with BPSK.
It seems that you can make contacts around noise level.
