Fundamentally you write a keyboard interrupt handler that filters out CTL-BK
and CTL-C before passing the interrupt on to the regular BIOS or DOS keyboard
interrupt handler. In the old days it would have been written in assembler,
but can be written in C. Its been 8 or 10 years, maybe more, since I last
wrote such an interrupt handler so I don't remember more details now.
The new keyboard interrupt handler would not pass the CTL-BK and CTL-C
keyboard strokes on to the regular keyboard interrupt handler but would pass
everything else.
