Punteggio:
- QSO/HRD con OM Soci simpatizzanti del YLRCI: 1 punto
- QSO/HRD con YL Socie del YLRCI: 2 punti
- QSO/HRD con Stazioni Jolly: 5 punti
Diploma:
sarà rilasciato su richiesta a coloro che avranno realizzato il seguente punteggio:
30 punti OM/SWL Italiani:
15 punti OM/SWL Europei ed Extra-Europei:
- Le stazioni del YLRCI passeranno i rapporti ed il numero progressivo.
- La stessa stazione potrà essere collegata più volte purché sussista una variazione
di data , di banda o di modo.
- Se il collegamento viene effettuato in banda diversa o modo diverso nella stessa
data, questo deve avvenire con almeno 10 (dieci) minuti di intervallo.
- Le classifiche RTTY - PSK31 e MISTO saranno stilate in presenza di almeno tre
concorrenti.
Saranno premiati con una targa i primi classificati delle seguenti categorie :
1° YL - OM - SWL Mondiale
1° YL - OM - SWL Europei
1° YL - OM - SWL Italiani
sempre se in presenza di almeno tre concorrenti per categoria.
Nel caso di conseguimento di due premi sarà assegnato il maggiore, mentre
il minore sarà assegnato al seguente in classifica. Il Consiglio Direttivo deciderà
a suo insindacabile giudizio in merito ad eventuali controversie.
Premi speciali:
Il 1° classificato (non iscritto al YLRCI) tra tutti i partecipanti che avrà effettuato
il numero maggiore di punti in assoluto riceverà due biglietti per partecipare
come ospite della Fondazione Festival Pucciniano per una serata all'opera in uno
scenario indimenticabile del Teatro all'aperto di Torre del Lago Puccini.
- II 1° classificati OM e YL (non iscritti al YLRCI) verranno sponsorizzati
dal club per la durata di un anno come socio/a speciale con la riserva di rinnovare
l'iscrizione al termine del periodo di sponsorizzazione.
- La 1a YL (iscritta al YLRCI) tra tutte le partecipanti che avrà effettuato
il numero maggiore di QSO in assoluto riceverà due biglietti per partecipare come
ospite della Fondazione Festival Pucciniano per una serata all'opera in uno scenario
indimenticabile del Teatro all'aperto di Torre del Lago Puccini.

La documentazione per la partecipazione al Diploma e Concorso dovrà pervenire a:

oltre il 28 Febbraio 2010 (farà fede il timbro postale).

Documentazione richiesta:
- Estratto/fotocopia del LOG oppure copia del log in formato digitale (file
.dbf o .xls)
- Una QSL personale
- La ricevuta del versamento della somma di 10 euro oppure 15 $.
La somma netta raccolta sarà devoluta in favore d'ENTI o Associazioni che operano
a scopo socio-umanitario, sarà reso pubblico sugli organi ufficiali, sul sito internet
ufficiale www.arrl.it/ylrci e su Radio Rivista, Organo Ufficiale dell'Associazione
Radioamatori Italiani sia l'importo che il beneficiario.
Tutti i log che perverranno oltre i limiti di scadenza, oppure che non saranno debitamente
compilati (data, ora, nominativo, categoria, progressivo ricevuto, frequenza e modo)
saranno utilizzati unicamente come control log.
N.B.: I collegamenti con le YL del YLRCI sono validi per il conseguimento dei diplomi
permanenti del YL Radio Club Italiano: controllate il vostro log , forse avete gia'
raggiunto il punteggio per ottenere uno dei nostri diplomi permanenti (Gioconda,

Participation: open to all OM - YL and SWL World
Period: from 00.00 UTC on 01/12/2009 at 24.00 UTC on 8/12/2009
Bands: 14 - 7 - 3.5 MHz
Mode: SSB - CW - RTTY - PSK31
There are three categories: A) SSB - CW
B) RTTY - PSK31
C) MIXED
Score: - QSO / HRD with OM Partners sympathizers YLRCI: 1 point
- QSO / HRD with the Socie YL YLRCI 2 points
- QSO / HRD with Jolly stations 5 points
Diploma:
will be issued on request to those who have achieved the following scores:
OM / SWL Italian: 30 points
OM / SWL of European and non-European countries: 15 points
- The stations of YLRCI pass reports and the sequence number.
- The same station may be linked more often if there is a change of date, band or
mode.
- If the connection is made differently in different bands or the same date, this
has
filed at least 10 (ten) minute break.
- Rankings RTTY - PSK31 and JOINT be drawn in the presence of at least three competitors.
Plaque will be awarded with the first placed in the following categories:
1 YL - OM - SWL World
1 YL - OM - SWL Europeans
1 YL - OM - Italian SWL
Always if in the presence of at least three competitors in each category.
In the case that two prizes will be awarded the highest, while the minor
will be awarded to the following chart. The Executive Council will decide at its
sole discretion on any disputes.
Special awards:
- 1st place (not entered in YLRCI) among all participants who made the most points
ever receive two tickets to attend as a guest of the Puccini Festival Foundation
for a unforgettable evening at the opera in a setting of the Teatro outdoor Torre
del Lago Puccini.
- II 1st Place OM and YL (not enrolled in YLRCI) will be sponsored by the club for
the duration of one year as an associate / a special reserve to renew the registration
after the period of sponsorship.
- The 1st YL (inscribed to YLRCI) among all participants who made the highest number
of QSO absolute will receive two tickets to attend as a guest of the Puccini Festival
Foundation for a unforgettable evening at the opera in a setting outside of the
Theater Torre del Lago Puccini.

- The receipt for the payment of the sum of 10? or $ 15.
The net sum will be primarily devoted to gathering of bodies or associations that
operate in socio-humanitarian purposes, will be published on the official organs,
the official website www.arrl.it / ylrci and Radio Magazine, official organ of the
Amateur Italian is the amount that the beneficiary.
All logs received after the restricted period, or that are not properly completed
(date, time, name, category, received sequence, frequency and method) will be used
only as a control log.
NB: The links to the YL YLRCI are valid for the diploma permanent YL Radio Club
Italian: check your logs, maybe you have already 'met the qualifications for one
