*** QLD DIGIPEAT November 2007 ***
The next QDG meeting of the Queensland Digital Group Incorporated,
is to be held on Friday November 16 2007 at the Volunteer Marine Rescue
premises, Allpass Parade, Shorncliffe Q 4017.
Show and tell night, please bring along items.
Richard VK4ZA will demo his LED lights circuit. This was described in
recent AR. It has 3 x 1 watt LEDS in circuit with a current limiting
cct. This thing puts out more light than a twin flouro tube 12 volt
lantern that he has had for years.
Richard also has a torch he bought recently with a 1.5w LED using
2 x AA cells. It is bright and the light is focused to a spot so you
can shine out distant targets.
Please arrive for a start time of 7:30 PM.
