Since march 1978, the local branch Nijmegen of the VERON issues the
Noviomagum Certificate.
GENERAL:
--------
1. The award is available to licensed amateurs and SWLs.
. There are no limitations in date, band or mode.
. Do NOT send QSL-cards. A list showing full details of the
contacts should be certified by two licensed amateurs or a clubofficial.
4. The fee for the award is DFL 5,- , USD 5,- or 1 IRCs.
5. All QSL-cards, valid for the award, will show the text:
"This QSL-card is valid for the Noviomagum Certificate."

Each confirmed contact counts per band for 1 point,
multiplied with the appropriate multipliers as indicated below :

a station with a D-licence : x
-- contacts made on 4-MHz and above : x
-- contacts made on 144-MHz and above:
