Hiya Peter and all,
It's the same on those Internet forums, just like this forum that age old
code/no code debate rears it's ugly head from time to time with the same
results, the groan chorus. What, THIS *%#*(0 again? Yup, any time someont
takes a survey or even mentions it the trolls and flamers come out of the
woodwork, maybe we should add CW to the list of "forbidden" subjects.
Then too I guess it's because they haven't discovered certain Inet forums
where they can slander, flame and rock and roll to thier hearts' content
without vetting or moderation. Ya-HOO! (hint)
Books were banned in Boston, I'm banned at a certain BBS in the UK but
like Lady Chatterly's Lover I'm still published. (heh heh heh)
I'm OK, alive and kicking and now I'm on the loose again after release
from packet prison. We have this troublesome node in NY so I disappear
once in a while but I'm baaaaaack at least until lightning hits the
antenna again. Thanks for the nice comment, at least there are a few who
appreciate me on packet, those old stuffed shirts excepted of course.
BTW, check me out on www.radioreference.com where my following is just a
bit larger and you too can get a good laugh at the hash we sling. Hey,
with the link down I had to do SOMETHING for entertainment! (;->)
